Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we do.  You can try FROGED for 7 days without any cost or selecting a plan. If you have any questions about our solutions, contact us - we love hearing from our clients. 

Are Integrations included?

Some Integrations, like Slack, are included in our most basic plan, but as you grow through the plans, the number of integrations included also grows. Our Scale and enterprise plans include all integrations available. Including Zapier, Facebook, Whatsapp, Webhooks, and Google Meets.

What happens once the trial period ends?

Once you complete your trial period, you will be asked to select a plan (Free, Grow, Scale or Enterprise). If you aren’t sure what plan is the right fit, contact us or let us know if you’d like an extension - we are happy to help!

Will we be charged when our trial is up?

No. We don't ask for your credit card up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we'll ask for payment details. If not — stay on the free plan until you decide.

How are monthly active users (MAU’s) calculated?

MAU refers to Monthly Active Users. FROGED plans are inclusive of usage defined as: 
- Users who login and navigate into your solution
- Customers who open a chat conversation within the chat
- Customers that you engage with proactive communication such as automessages, flows or emails
*Good news! This usage only applys to active users in a month, not users registered.

What happens if I go over my plan limit?

If you go over your plan limit. No worries, our customer success team will reach out to find the best solution for your team. Working with FROGED is a true partnership, so let’s talk! No surprises, we promise.

What is a Knowledge Base?

A knowledge base is a section where you house all of your documents that help empower your customers through education of your product. These can be articles, tutorials and videos. As your product evolves you will most likely have a library of content.

When should I add the Knowledge Base toolkit?
