Senior SDR

We are currently looking for a Senior SDR

What will I be doing? 🚀

  • Manage a sales operations to achieve monthly goals: activity, pipeline, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets
  • Lead a growing team of Sales Operations members
  • Partner closely with various levels of Sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth (new & existing business) and improve existing sales processes & operations
  • Guide regional/segment-level forecasting (reporting, pipeline management, renewals process) for the sales organization
  • Collaborate with Finances and C-level teams to drive changes to our sales process that result in improvements in sales productivity
  • Establish strong working relationships with other departments to improve overall operations and how the company goes to market
  • Define the product’s positioning to clearly differentiate it in the US & Canada market

What skills do I need? 📖

  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations; start-up & SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, particularly within a global setting
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
  • Strong roadmapping and prioritization skills to drive success in running project timelines
  • Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
  • Experience effectively managing a team of 2-3 individuals
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
