Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

FROGED is looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our award-winning and growing company. Our global start-up is disrupting the customer engagement and success space with our adaptable product. 

 

Our clients love FROGED’s robust platform because it allows them to interact with their customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle by improving onboarding, increasing engagement and providing proactive support.

 

This position is ideally based in Spain or Western Europe.

 

 

Responsibilities include 🚀:

  • Lead and build a global multilingual sales team
  • Build and own forecasting and revenue goals 
  • Align the growth plan with the company’s OKRs
  • Collaborate with internal teams on core sales strategies and execute them
  • Manage and own lead generation strategies
  • Analyze and present monthly performance metrics

 

Qualifications 📖:

  • 7+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Hubspot, a plus
  • Experience working in SaaS B2B sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Professional speaking level of Spanish, a plus  
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Understanding of Customer Success and Engagement industry preferred
  • Truly self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn, develop and grow in the role
